Disc Golf Tournament Registration

Please signup using this form for registration.  The entry fees for the disc golf tournament are as follows:

• $5 fee to North Georgia Canopy Tours (everyone pays to play)
• $5 buy-in for prizes (everyone pays)
• $20 entry fee for anyone not attending Friendship Music Festival.
  If you have already purchased a 3-day or 1-day ticket to the festival, this fee is waived.

Please bring CASH and show up at 8:30am on Saturday June 24th.
